An upholstery regulator is used to shift and smooth irregularities in the stuffing beneath the coverings, moving filling and foam inside a pre-upholstered cushion for a smooth and consistent finish. Regulators have a sharp and flat end, the sharp end is used to poke through outer fabric and rearrange stuffing, and the flat end is used to give corners and pleats a smooth finish.
Includes a hole on the flat end of the tool to hang from the wall.
