Press Polished Vinyl Sheets provide glass-like clarity and long-lasting durability in a vinyl sheet. For your automotive, marine, or other miscellaneous industrial applications.

Press polished sheets are manufactured of thermoplastic vinyl material with a highly polished finish to form a flexible, clear, press polished sheet. Press polished sheets are sewable, RF weldable and solvent bondable, store easily and will not break or crack when folded.

Note: All clear plastic sheets are subject to scratching in handling. That is normal. The sheets are made of a clear soft flexible plastic, and they should not be compared to window glass or other optically clear materials.

• These clear vinyl sheets meet or exceed the material requirements of the Department of Transportation (DOT) and the American National Standards (ANSI) Code for safety glazing materials for motor vehicles operating on land and highways (Z26.1), including luminous transmittance (Test #2), chemical resistance (Test #19, 20), flammability (Test #23) and weathering (Test #16). Additionally, Regalite sheets meet MIL-Spec P-18080A (ships), United States FMVSS 205 and Canadian CMVSS 205.
