Osborne No. 253 gooseneck webbing stretcher 10".

This hand stretcher works very well with our L-9 jute webbing and is made to catch the webbing close to the frame, providing great leverage. It works equally well in the right or left hand and offers a hickory hardwood handle with nickel plated ferrule.
